Any lab kits you recieve, please read the intructions thoroughly. Some kits may require you to fast, stop specific medications or over the counter supplements. All lab kits will have a pre-paid label in the kit either Fed-Ex, UPS or any shipping facility. If there is ice packs in the kit, please freeze or refridgerate as stated on the intructions. It is important for that to be done, so the blood specimen stability is fresh when it reaches its destination.
